ABOUT MATT BROWN
I am a Director and Rural Chartered Surveyor, leading the southwest Rural Consultancy business and team across Savills Truro, Exeter and Taunton offices. Although my focus is on the southwest, I also operate nationally. I specialise in agricultural, rural and residential property.I provide advice to clients on a range of matters including valuation, compulsory purchase, infrastructure and utility projects, landlord and tenant matters and property management.I am a RICS registered valuer, and an experienced expert witness. I also have a specialism in restrictive covenant matters.Additionally I am a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).I head up the Savills relationship for an international construction materials group, leading a team across the UK to deliver property management and consultancy advice.I am also an AMC Agent and Valuer, assisting landowners and farmers to source funding.
