   Work as part of the Energizing The Future program management team for Burns & McDonnell on FirstEnergy electrical transmission and distribution projects. Current role is the team lead for the Reading, PA based project management team. Our team manages transmission line, substation, communications, and distribution projects in the eastern half of Pennsylvania. The Reading Burns & McDonnell team is responsible for executing approximately $110M of direct spend on engineering, procurement, and construction annually. My major responsibilities include-Act in a supervisory role for project managers on the Reading, PA team. Assist PMs with planning, execution, and everyday management of their projects-Train and onboard new hires and assist existing team members in development of project management skills, industry knowledge, and internal + client processes and procedures-Help PMs with project responsibilities such as: outage planning, constructability reviews, financial forecasting and accruals, scope review and scope development, schedule creation and refinement, and everyday project issue identification and resolution-Complete client-requested deliverables such as project assignment and workload reviews, group updates for PJM projects, monthly reporting to various levels of client organization, and assessment of client personnel needs.
