New Production Implementation, factory relocation, & cultural enhancement are examples of what the goals of these projects intend to accomplish. My role is to track the progress of these projects. As the project leader I communicate to all levels of the business on status and any hindrances to the project. I also report where projects may fall behind and report countermeasures or updated timing of the project. Due to this reporting, I interact with all aspects of the organization.
