Responsible for the quality assurance of all technical training delivered within our Inspection Division, including internal Engineer Surveyor training and commercial training programmes. This includes the evaluation of training delivery through observation and learner/trainer feedback using data analysis; ensuring all training meets regulatory, business and customer expectations. Ensuring standardisation of the training content and delivery across all disciplines is a key part of the role, ensuring consistency and alignment with operational requirements. The role works closely with technical trainers, subject matter experts and operational leaders to identify and implement improvements that enhance training outcomes.Driving continuous improvement through structured quality reviews, supporting the development of trainers and raising the overall standard of delivery is pivotal to succeed. Monitoring the effectiveness and impact of the training, ensuring measurable value is achieved across all programmes, is another fundamental part of the role, as well as supporting the commercial training offer through maintaining robust quality processes, helping to ensure professional, credible and repeatable delivery to delegates.Selected Contribution:Creation and implementation of our first Training Quality Management System for the Inspection Division. This is a structured and auditable framework for observation, evaluation and standardisation that underpins all training quality assurance activity.
