Global Head of Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency Operations, leading a department of ~40 professionals based in Europe and North America. Responsible for designing and operating the fund accounting and fund operations/TA platforms for 300+ Wellington sponsored funds across Hedge, Private Equity, Collectives and UCITs fund ranges. In addition to broader responsibilities also act as divisional CFO for Wellington\'s $10B+ Privates Business; responsible for fund accounting, valuation oversight, financial reporting and capital operations (capital calls, distributions, funding). Responsible for leading and implementing a wide array of technology, process and infrastructure initiatives that support the growth of Wellington\'s Fund business
