Initial freelance contract, later staff. • Screening, Cataloguing and liaising with producers for all incoming pitches for potential acquisitions • Drafting initial Heads of Terms deal proposals. • Negotiating Contractual Amendment and License Extensions • Providing feedback and notes on development materials including Scripts, Bibles and Animatics. • Keeping contact with producers whose shows are being tracked for potential Acquisition • Working with the company to improve the processes put in place for reviewing new content, tracking progress of series we’re interest in & managing the significant uplift in submissions. • Holding Producer meetings alongside or as substitute for the Global Distribution Director – Acquisitions & Development where required including CMC & MIPCOM. • Researching the market for new opportunities • Hosting the Behind The Blast Podcast conversations, drafting questions for producers on their background and their shows.
