Lifelong learner.Matt recently retired from EY after 22 years. Matt’s skill set combines accounting and law with a particular emphasis on public company governance, financial reporting and securities. His experience includes serving as Chief Accountant at the Alberta Securities Commission and a Director in the listings group at the TSX Venture Exchange.Matt has a lengthy history of delivering presentations on governance, financial reporting matters including related securities laws.
