ABOUT MATT BOLGER

I work as an Assistant Project Manager for IN8 Developments, developer and general contractor (Spectra Contacting) in Southern Ontario. I am a forward thinking leader who works side by side with project managers, site superintendents, consultants and contractors ensuring that quality, accuracy, cost, and overall pace of the project is held to a high standard throughout the full cycle of a construction process. Specializing in high-rise towers. Through solid daily communication with the project team and proper delegation of our labour forces on site, I am able to greatly assist with the smoothness of the pre-construction/construction process and keep priority tasks at the top of the list. Tracking all parts of projects, keeping organized, and remaining proactive is key to maintaining efficiency/productivity on and off site.
