   System Testing Software Engineer QA I support Cisco DNA Center system testing team. I review new features with relevant component teams and generate test plans after Q&A and demos. I provide feedback based on field deployment experience. After reviewing test cases, test cases get merged into existing release execution plan. In addition to testing, requirements, and execution plans, I also put together automation plans and work with developers to automate testing results into regression. In addition to manual and automation testing, I am stakeholder in Network Device Onboarding Plug and Play (PnP) and Cisco DNA Center and Cisco ISE integration improvement initiatives. Technical lead for internal and external release of Cisco DNA Center (Canary program). I manage discrepancies and feedback from Cisco internal engineers with latest releases. I assist with problem identification, debugging, log collection, reproduce stage, file defects, and drive resolving and verifying defects before next release. Supported Cisco DNA Center on AWS Cloud. Deployed and executed Cisco DNA center testing using AMI. Supported testing plug and play and system integrations between the cloud and dmz via vpc. Supported testing with WSA Cisco Web Proxy for http and https. Planned, deployed, and tested three tier windows certificate authority for issuing system certificates and network device PKI leveraging auto enrollment scep feature for Netconf enabled network devices.
