Fixing \"the broken\" has been a common theme throughout my career as an executive in the technology sector—leading turnarounds, transforming customers from disgruntled to raving, and driving profitable growth in spite of challenges. Successes have included boosting profit by 65% and rescuing accounts of up to $120M. My teams and I have been able to accomplish these types of results using an iterative 5-step process I developed to fix what\'s broken and close gaps for clients. One of the things that\'s given me the greatest satisfaction is mentoring and teaching my team members to use this process, even without me—and hearing about their ongoing successes from using the process years after I\'ve moved on to a new role. Over the years, I\'ve advanced in company as we\'ve gone through three mergers and two spinoffs, with the latest change being the merger of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services and Computer Sciences Corporation to create DXC Technology. At DXC, I currently manage a 9-figure P&L comprised of global accounts in the Life Sciences sector, with 20 direct reports.
