Matt is tasked with carrying USI’s vision of defining and directing the delivery of healthcare cost management to employer sponsored programs - responsible for the deployment of USI’s strategy, solutions, and resources. Matt has spent his career in the insurance industry advising C-Suite and Human Resource leadership teams, both domestically and internationally in areas of:• Risk Evaluation and Plan Designing • Alternative Funding Arrangements• Contract Mitigation • Population Health Management • Enrollment and Communication • Pharmacy Program SolutionsHis professional career encompasses leading regional efforts for some of the country’s most formidable employer aggregators, to a partner in an insurance firm in 2003 dedicated solely to the development of a national insurance program for Ford Motor Company’s franchise dealerships. This endeavor and agency were acquired by USI Insurance in 2008. Matt enjoys and supports multiple community activities through USI Cares, The Dave Thomas Foundation, Easter Seals South Florida, as well as serves on the board of the Donna Berman Memorial Arts Fund. Since his arrival to USI, and with the help and support of his surrounding team, Matt has been a consecutive award winning advisor with USI based on growth and retention, and was recognized as USI\'s Top Employee Benefits Advisor for 2017. As a Practice Leader (20••••24), he transformed the operation from an underperforming P&L to the best performing market in growth, growing by 19% for 2024, and was recognized as a Peak market.
