Leader of the Reward CoE, providing expert advice and guidance to the People team and the wider business. Key responsibilities and achievements include:Executive Compensation- Producing Remuneration Committee papers, attending Committee meetings and supporting the Chair in shareholder meetings- Drafting and reviewing the annual Remuneration Report- Supported the design, implementation, and communication of new long-term incentive plans, including the switch from performance shares to restricted share awards.Compensation Management- Managing the annual pay review, annual bonus and long-term share awards, working closely with Finance to set and manage targets- Reviewing and evolving annual bonus structures, including the addition of an ESG scorecard- Annual pay review briefings and consultation with internal employee representatives and trade unions- Created bespoke incentive arrangements to support business goals.Pay Equity Reporting- Meeting gender pay gap reporting requirements, expanding the disclosure to include ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ+ and class pay gaps- Managing the calculation of CEO pay ratios.Benefits & Wellbeing- Managing insured benefits and the broker relationship, identifying opportunities to control costs and serving as a trustee of the Healthcare Trust- Established and continue to evolve ITV’s voluntary salary sacrifice benefits, ensuring compliance with legislative changes- Introduced a bespoke approach to employee recognition using ITV-exclusive experiences- Leading the selection and management of an employee benefits platform, benefit providers and suppliers of wellbeing services- Trustee of the ITV DC Pension Plan.Harmonisation and Integration- Led reward and benefits harmonisation for historic ITV companies, acquisitions, and TUPE transfers.
