For over 22 years, I have purchased non-performing loans secured by contaminated commercial real estate. The bulk of these loan purchases is sourced from special assets officers, with the remainder being presented by foreclosure and real estate lawyers, commercial brokers, and environmental consultants. After the loan purchase, I continue with the foreclosure and then remediation. I\'m genuinely passionate about reviving a stagnate asset that otherwise might sit vacant for an extended time.
