I am the founding director of ICF\'s Centre for Behaviour Change, which aims to provide research, consultancy and training based on a new, integrated approach to understanding behaviour and behaviour change. The multi-disciplinary centre, which includes psychologists, economists, sociologists, and behavioural scientists, undertakes standalone projects as well as supporting other parts of the business. Alongside leading the Centre, I support the Policy, Research, Evaluation and Strategy UK team to design and deliver research and evaluation studies for central government and other clients.
