ABOUT MATT BAKER-WHITE
I am an organizational leader who believes in building authentic partnerships, creating meaningful impact on human lives, and designing operational solutions that meet strategic goals.I create inclusive cultures focused around systemic change that promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. As a leader in the outdoor/environmental/higher education sectors, I lead teams that facilitate life-changing experiences and provide deep academic insight for students. I believe that when students challenge their own beliefs and understandings, they deepen their knowledge of the world around them.At the Wild Rockies Field Institute, I am leading the organization in it\'s first-ever major fundraising campaign while celebrating three decades of field education. I am incredibly fortunate to be part of a strong and vibrant community at WRFI.My personal loves and joys:Skiing, rock and ice climbing, mountain biking, backpacking, dog walking, day hiking, long drives across beautiful country, snowboarding, camping, sharing the outdoors with others, cooking, playing squash, helping others grow, watching my sons learn new things every day, growing plants, cold beer, hot coffee.Reach out!
