Roles & responsibilities- Review and evaluate asbestos survey reports produced by third party asbestos consultancies- Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry applicable standards and regulations- Identify inconsistencies, reporting deficiencies, or regulatory non-compliance- Assess appropriateness of risk assessments and recommended control measures.Site Audits on third party LARC contractors & asbestos consultancy works- Document findings in clear, evidence-based audit reports and issue non-compliance & observational notices- Evaluation of the performance and competence of third-party asbestos consultants and LARC contractors- Audit quality assurance systems, training records, licenses, and project documentation- Provide clients with impartial independent verification of contractor/consultancy compliance and professional conduct.Conduct detailed desktop reviews, highlighting gaps or areas of concern and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Conducted on documentation such as, but not limited to- Asbestos survey reports- Asbestos registers and associated amendment documentation- Specifications and risk assessment method statements- Notifications and Waste disposal certificates- Project plans and completion packs- Diagrams, sketches and plans.
