Currently I drive the commercial activation of several BCG practice areas through shaping BCG X’s digital and AI offerings.My previous consulting experience includes customer strategy, operational design, and complex technology implementations where I specialised in successfully leading global digital transformations (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce) within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences sector across Commercial and R&D capabilities. I often collaborated with cross-territory teams from USA, Germany, Japan and South Africa and I led the local PwC Salesforce relationship for the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences sector.
