Additionally, Matt provides disposition, portfolio management, and other advisory services to clients firmwide.• Leads the IDS acquisition department in sourcing, underwriting, business planning, negotiation and closing transactions for our partners.• Member of the IDS Investment Committee• Successfully acquired and sold investments on behalf of our clients in excess of $1.5B of consideration.• Successfully negotiated leases with Abbott Labs, Apple, Bimbo Bakeries, Callaway Golf, County of San Diego, Raytheon, Sempra Energy, Sharp Hospital, and more
