As Quality Director of FTI\'s Excellerate Products division, I oversee the quality strategy for manufacturing by providing solutions in the datacenter and energy services industries. With over 25 years of experience in quality management across Aerospace/Defense, Healthcare/Life Sciences, and Energy Services industries, I contribute to regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction by leveraging advanced quality planning and risk management practices. My expertise includes industry, product, and workmanship standards compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, FDA CFR21, UL/Intertek/CSA, IPC 610-A, J-STD-001, and ASME/ANSI. My leadership mindset is focused on being a leader as a teacher, and supporting our learning and growing organizational culture by putting people first, expecting problems and making them visible early, and providing the vision to build teams to continuously drive process improvement. This mindset allows quality to seamlessly align with business objectives to enhance value creation for all stakeholders, while utilizing lean methodologies and strong processes to maintain product excellence.
