My entire career has been focused on helping clients solve complex business and technology challenges across professional services, manufacturing, technology, and industrial sectors.At heart, I’m a problem solver. With a background in engineering and over 35 years of experience, I thrive on breaking down complex situations, identifying root causes, and delivering practical, value-driven solutions. I bring both strategic perspective and hands-on execution to every engagement.Over the years, I’ve led enterprise-scale IT and business transformation initiatives—standing up IT organizations, integrating global operations, executing carve-outs, driving cost takeout, and turning around underperforming delivery programs. My work spans process re-engineering, operating model redesign, outsourcing strategy and execution, IT strategy development, and complex program delivery.What sets me apart is the ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology execution. Whether the challenge is technical, organizational, or financial, I focus on aligning stakeholders, structuring programs for success, and delivering measurable outcomes.Currently, I serve as a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal, helping clients accelerate transformation, optimize IT investments, and build more resilient organizations.
