As Head of Data Consulting at Forte Digital, I am responsible for shaping and scaling our data consulting services – helping clients unlock the value of their data to drive smarter decisions, sustainable growth, and digital innovation.In this role, I lead the development of tailored data strategies that align with business goals, optimize digital business models, and enable data-driven decision-making. My focus spans both strategic consulting and hands-on delivery – from defining data visions and roadmaps to designing and implementing scalable analytics solutions.Key areas of responsibility include: • Data Strategy & Enablement: Designing data strategies that serve as the foundation for digital business success – including use case prioritization, governance models, and operating models. • Analytics & BI Solutions: Building robust reporting landscapes, dashboards, and analytics frameworks that enable real-time insights and performance monitoring. • Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a growing team of data consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of learning, excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. • Internal Innovation: Driving the development of Forte Digital’s internal data capabilities, including the evaluation and introduction of technologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure scalable and efficient ways of working. • Client Partnership: Working closely with client stakeholders across industries to translate business challenges into measurable, data-driven outcomes.With a strong belief in the power of data to create meaningful impact, I combine strategic foresight with delivery excellence to position Forte Digital as a trusted partner for digital transformation.
