Minimized, a professional organizing and decluttering business catering to families in the Charlotte area, was founded in 2017. Bringing organizers with a love of functional spaces onto the team has allowed Minimized to grow and assist hundreds of families in taking control of their homes.As the founder and owner of Minimized, I have - Developed relationships with clients whose referrals have been our main source of new business- Hired and trained new team members to grow our reach- Built workflows that keep communication with clients consistent- Developed a quick and easy onboarding process to make the process seamless for potential clients- Implemented virtual offerings at the beginning of 2020 to be able to fully serve our clients during the pandemic and further our reach to non-local clients- Created content to grow a following of over 40k followers on Instagram
