At CyberStreams, an Altus Group company, our mission is simple \"To foster outstanding interactions between our staff and the small business and non-profit communities throughout the pacific northwest by delivering, with integrity, predictable and reliable professional services that align to our clients\' specific objectives.\" My role is to assure the successful execution of the company vision, primarily by removing road blocks so that our excellent team is free to execute and establishing standard processes and procedures to provide a consistent customer experience. This includes working with top clients and our service and support department to envision and iterate the company’s service and product offerings while planning for risk and growth. I bring more than 10 years of experience in information technology, working with SMB and mid-market organizations across many verticals, helping business owners and leaders to improve their IT operations, aligning their technology with their business goals. As a small business owner myself, I have a deep passion for the small business community and a respect for the day-to-day concerns and challenges faced in this arena. As a recipient of the National Science Foundation\'s Scholarship for Upward Mobility, I bring a strong appreciation for and focus on local community, non-profit and educational organizations, many of whom experience unique challenges around budget, acquisition and implementation of technology.
