Thrivent has been undergoing a massive branding transformation, and I have been at the forefront of the effort as a Creative Project Manager within Brand Activation. My strong organizational and interpersonal skills have enabled me to shepherd thousands of collateral materials into the new brand. Over the past 2 years, I have initiated, assigned, and managed over 295 creative print and digital projects. Kick off all incoming project requests and coordinate resources within Brand Activation for the flawless execution of on-brand projects. Serve as a liaison between the creative team and business partners to establish relationships, set expectations, provide status updates, hand off deliverables, and field feedback significantly enhancing the creative teams ability to deliver on time results. Develop project plans and scope, clearly identifying deliverables, resources needed, and timelines setting up the creative team for success. Ensure effective collaboration across project teams through thorough and consistent communication, pulse monitoring of objectives and timelines, and proactively follow-up on action items. Lead, schedule, and document all meetings needed for the briefing, reviewing, and approval of projects. Support the implementation of new workflows into our project management software system (Workamajig) leading to clearer tasks and resource management.
