Our solutions prioritize safety, timeliness, effectiveness, efficiency, equity, and person-centric care.Cutting-Edge Technology Integration:Leverage our Epic system, by seamlessly integrating tools that monitor all non-ICU adults, including maternal patients, in real-time and unbias. These tools proactively detect subtle signs of sepsis and alert the care team for timely intervention.Data-Driven Insights:I analyze sepsis care quality across the region, using data trends and clinical case reviews to drive continuous improvement. The team\'s ongoing research into the changes we have made suggests they have and are significantly impacting performance and outcomes (performance, mortality, ALOS, p < 0.001).Effective Communication:I design targeted communication strategies for regional and local leaders, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing using multiple channels (e.g, SharePoint, presentations, meetings, events, etc.)Our goal is to save lives through early sepsis detection and evidence-based care. We aim to equip leaders with actionable data to make wise choices.
