Private equity investor with 5+ years of buy-side experience focused on consumer retail, infrastructure, and education platforms across the Andean region and the Americas. At Nexus Group (~$1B+ AUM), I progressed from Analyst to Associate, participating in investment committee processes, leading transaction workstreams, and partnering directly with management teams on value creation initiatives. I was a core member of the strategy team behind the acquisition of Quicorp (~$580M equity value), where operational initiatives increased EBITDA from ~$60M to ~$120M within 12 months. My experience includes buy-side and sell-side M&A, co-investments alongside international LPs, structured financing, and international bond issuances (144A/RegS). I have worked across complex private and public capital structures, collaborating closely with management teams, lenders, and institutional investors.
