I am the Managing Director of ServiceNow’s India Technology Centre and Senior Vice President of Engineering for the company’s Core Business Workflows portfolio.ServiceNow India accounts for over 20% of our global workforce and drives more than 45% of our worldwide product engineering. Many leaders here now oversee global responsibilities for their product lines. Our teams have expanded at a 25% compound annual growth rate, with the Hyderabad office emerging as ServiceNow’s largest global site by employee headcount.In addition, I lead the global engineering efforts for our Core Business Workflows portfolio. These solutions enable organizations to achieve AI-powered business transformation across critical operations, cutting costs and boosting employee engagement. By optimizing end-to-end processes—such as Hire to Retire, Source to Pay, and Order to Cash—our products enhance efficiency and deliver superior outcomes. The portfolio includes HR Service Delivery, Finance & Supply Chain, Workplace Service Delivery, Health & Safety, Legal Service Delivery, and Contract Lifecycle ManagementPrior to joining ServiceNow, I held leadership roles at Broadcom, Cisco, and CA Technologies, where I built and scaled teams to drive multi-billion-dollar product revenues across both On-Prem and SaaS environments. With extensive experience leading multi-product, multi-functional teams across global markets, I have successfully driven revenue growth, modernized product portfolios, and formed strategic partnerships with global systems integrators. Additionally, I have managed mergers and acquisitions, evaluated emerging technology trends, and strengthened company brands through media, industry, and academic collaborations.
