A seasoned IT leader with over 35 years of experience at driving teams across IT and business to achieve business results. Currently working at thyssenkrupp Materials Services GmbH (tkMX) driving large-scale digital transformations and managing global teams to deliver high-impact results. Overseeing a wide range of critical enterprise solutions, including SAP ERP Landcape across tkMX; MS Dynamics F&O ERP and MS D365 CRM; Supply Chain Management solutions; Transportation Management, AI-enabled pricing; BI;Master Data Management; Systems Integration and Architecture amongst many others.One of my key achievements has been successfully bridging the gap between our teams in India and Germany, improving coordination and efficiency while significantly reducing operational costs. My focus on driving change management has resulted in stronger collaboration and faster, more effective outcomes across the organization.Most recently, I am responsible for a greenfield S/4 HANA ERP transformation project for tkMX’s Distribution Europe business, a major initiative that was deployed in Hungary and Slovakia in June 2024. Despite the complexity of the project, the go-live was extremely smooth, with the business achieving pre-implementation production and dispatch levels within just five working days.Beyond my enterprise applications expertise, I have significant experience in Cloud and Infrastructure Management as well as IT Security. Furthermore, I am a certified expert from MIT USA, focusing on Artificial Intelligence supporting business strategy, allowing me to leverage emerging technologies as enablers for business transformation.I’m passionate about breaking down siloed thinking, aligning teams toward common goals, and delivering measurable results.
