Prior to this was the Section Head - Employee Relations & HR at the rayon manufacturing plant of Grasim Chemicals, Kalyan (Mumbai)- post three exposure stints, spread across the June\'21-Jun\'22 (Grasim Chemicals HO, Birla Paints & Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd.) as part of the Aditya Birla Group HR Leadership Program. Have completed HRM & LR at TISS, Mumbai (2019-21) and worked previously in Cyber Security Practices at TCS, Banglore (2017-19). I have also researched as part of my Masters in Communication Systems - the LTE (4G) domain of wireless communication, basis an internship project at TATA Power SED (2017) & published a technical paper in the Global Journal for Pure & Applied Mathematics on the same.
