Leading the construction team for track alignment with gauge supporting frames, installing dummy baseplates with anchor bolts, rebar fixing, installing formworks, final adjustment of track alignment with respect to survey team feedback and assisting the General consultants for the pre concrete inspection and preparing for the concreting of track after the inspection.Responsible for the Flash butt welding activity and ATW welding in all aspects.Forecasting and estimation of steel and concrete according to scope for a stipulated time.Responsible for the concreting works of skeleton track after the post concrete inspection.Responsible for the post concrete works after the track concreting such as repairing of base plate bearing surface, loose bolts and clearing the plinth structure for the installation of fastening systems.Responsible for the rectification of final alignment of track after the post concrete survey checks.Responsible for destressing of track after the alignment of track has been checked and confirmed.Responsible for the measurement of sub-contractors work and preparing and clearing the sub-contractors running bills
