Mathis Roy Vigne is a communications and scheduling operations professional with experience across Congress, presidential campaigns, and international advocacy. He most recently served as a Digital Fellow in the U.S. House of Representatives, leading messaging strategy, rapid-response communications, and video content for a national audience of over During the 2024 election cycle, he worked as Surrogates Scheduling Coordinator for the Harris for President campaign, authoring over 280 briefing memos and managing high-stakes logistics for surrogate travel nationwide. Mathis has held roles in the offices of Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Adriano Espaillat, where he supported communications, casework, and transportation-focused policy outreach. He also volunteered at African Services Committee, a legal clinic supporting asylum seekers, and previously led a trans-European human rights partnership funded by the European Commission. As an international election observer, he served as a media spokesperson on democratic integrity and civil society.
