FR) Je dirige les opérations d’Exeliom Biosciences, start-up de biotech en Phase II que j’ai rejointe comme première salariée en 2018. Nous développons un immunomodulateur basé sur une bactérie du microbiote intestinal. Notre produit, EXL01, est actuellement testé dans six essais cliniques en immuno-oncologie, maladie de Crohn et maladies infectieuses en Europe et aux Etats-Unis. Mon rôle a englobé successivement la gestion du transfert du projet depuis le monde académique vers l’industrie, la transition de la préclinique à la clinique en Phase I puis II, et aujourd’hui la coordination des activités cliniques et de production tout en préparant les prochaines étapes de la vie du projet-(ENG) I lead operations at Exeliom Biosciences, a Phase II biotech startup that I joined as first employee in 2018. We are developing a drug candidate called EXL01 based on a single bacterial strain from the gut microbiota. EXL01 is currently tested in 6 clinical trials in oncology, IBD and infectious diseases in Europe and in the US. My role has covered the full spectrum of biotech activities since I joined, from developing the drug production process to managing multi-country clinical trials. As member of a lean team, I coordinate multiple partners and subcontractors while providing reporting to the board.
