ABOUT MATHILDE RIGAUD

After achieving my first degree (Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management) from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, I obtained a second degree (Master in Management - Grande Ecole, with a specialization in Consulting & Strategy) from emlyon business school in France. Following, I have had the opportunity to work within different companies, in the sectors of hospitality, restauration and event, before joining Oversight in Paris. Oversight advises 20 independent hotels located in Paris, with the aim to provide them with an innovative organization, based on both digital and human. This organization relies on three strong pillars: horizontal management, digital tools and data. As a business analyst, I am in charge of supporting hoteliers in their missions follow-up, while anticipating their needs regarding the property management. Après avoir obtenu le Bachelor of, à Glion Institut de Hautes Etudes, en Suisse, durant lequel j\'ai pu développer un large panel de disciplines en gestion hôtelière, j\'ai rejoint l\'emlyon business school, pour suivre le Programme Grande Ecole, avec une spécialisation en Stratégie & Conseil. Enfin, après plusieurs expériences professionnelles dans le secteur de l\'hôtellerie, de la restauration et de l\'évènementiel, et à l\'issue de mes études en 2021, j\'ai rejoint Oversight à Paris, entreprise au sein de laquelle je travaille toujours aujourd\'hui. Chez Oversight, nous accompagnons 20 hôtels indépendants situés à Paris, dans le but de proposer un modèle innovant, qui s\'appuie sur le digital ainsi que sur l\'humain. Notre modèle s\'articule autour de 3 piliers : le management horizontal, les outils digitaux et la data. En tant que Business Analyst, j\'accompagne les hôteliers dans le suivi de leurs missions, en anticipant leurs besoins sur la gestion de l\'établissement.
