VINCI Energies Systèmes d\'Information (VESI), specialist in IT, communication and management tools, was created in 2008. Comparable to a consulting company, it is part of the VINCI Energies group and aims to manage their IT and offer them new solutions.\\\\n\\\\nCharged with the integration and adoption of the new ERP - Codex (personalised SAP)- by the new VINCI Energies companies at international level: Schutzsystemes (2500 people), TIAB (1100 people), Axians/Infratek (900 people); my day is oriented around 3 themes:\\\\n\\\\nAuthorizations (ERP access)\\\\n- Compare the professions present in the deployed company with the existing professions in the ERP\\\\n- Assign authorizations (access), processes, transactions adapted to each business\\\\n- Create new functions when necessary\\\\n\\\\nTraining\\\\n- Establish and ensure the proper implementation of the training plan\\\\n- Update and ensure the availability of user guides and training materials\\\\n- Produce an e-learning course to familiarize yourself with ERP (assessment of existing, content and form, production, tests, corrections, availability)\\\\n\\\\nCommunication\\\\n- Establish and ensure the implementation of the communication plan\\\\n- Industrialize communication (standart com. plan, ready-to-use templates/supports)\\\\n\\\\n
