Chronodrive is a French online retail company set up in 2004, specialized on the drive system and home delivery system. The head office, where I currently work, is located in Croix in the north of France- Responsible for voucher campaigns : Doing briefings for newsletters, sms and notifications and validate creations. Create and configure voucher codes. Send campaigns. Monitor code usage and voucher financial results- Be in charge of briefings for a newsletter sent out every Tuesday : Select the products to be promoted in the newsletter; validate the creations and the tests before sending the newsletter- Send communications : Set up and send notifications, messages and newsletters using Selligent, which is a CRM tool- Reporting on communications : Analysing communications (newsletters, SMS and notifications) performance using predefined KPIs- Proposing and analysing AB tests for communications : Analysing the AB tests results and making recommendations- Participating in the development of the communication plan : Thinking about and determining, on a monthly basis, which events should be highlighted in our communications and using which channels- Participate in benchmarking : Benchmark the competition (communications on social networks, promotional techniques, etc)- Optimizing triggers : Updating triggers if necessary, considering budget optimizations, setting up new triggers- Counting the number of customers we can contact : Every month, we count the number of customers we can contact by newsletter, text message or notification.
