Senior legal director with over 16 years of experience negotiating tech transactions and advising tech companies executives on strategic projects with an international scope. After working for international law firms for 10 years, I joined the SaaS world in 2020. I currently lead and manage OneStream\'s commercial transactions team for North America and LATAM, which exposes me to the most significant SaaS deals, complex contractual negotiations, intricate privacy and AI compliance questions, and strategic projects with the company\'s executive leadership.
