As part of the global COTY High Luxury team, I provide worldwide support to local markets for beauty brands such as Burberry, Gucci, Chloé, Marc Jacobs, etc. on e-retail networks (Sephora, A.S Watson, Douglas, etc.)Assigned tasks - Lead Prestige eCommerce retailer EU partnership to develop and implement central scale projects (content creation, SEO improvements, etc.) in collaboration with retailer, local markets and external agency- Manage the On-Counter Date (OCD) coordination process across EU markets by collecting novelties launch dates in each EU markets and run monthly meetings with local markets to ensure compliancy on retailer pre-launches & exclusivities- Analyse eCom sell-in and sell-out results- Build competitive & category knowledge to identify best practices across e-Retailers and Brands and share expertise to inspire Global Brand teams, Markets and Retailers on the future of e-Commerce- Support in ad-hoc request: Brands & Markets’ needs, Content Updates, Category Analysis, Budget Management
