In this evolved role, I lead the environmental side of our ESG work, and the implementation of our sustainability strategy. I manage GHG data and reporting, ensure compliance with regulations like SB‑253, ESOS and ISSB‑aligned disclosures, and work with teams such as Workplace Experience, Finance and Legal to align our targets with daily operations. I also coordinate waste, decarbonization, and energy‑efficiency projects, support audits and assessments, and help colleagues understand what our environmental goals mean for how we run our sites and operations.
