   As a Senior Product Designer at Jewelers Mutual, I lead the design of innovative digital experiences that serve both jewelry businesses (B2B) and their customers (B2C) across the jewelry insurance ecosystem. My role focuses on creating seamless, intuitive native mobile and responsive solutions that protect and connect people to their most cherished possessions.• Drive end-to-end product design process, from user research and discovery to prototyping and testing for digital insurance products• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex jewelry insurance requirements into elegant user experiences• Conduct comprehensive user research including interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping to understand the unique needs of jewelers and their customers• Design and iterate on native mobile and web experiences that simplify jewelry insurance purchase, claims, and management processes• Contribute to development of first design system that ensure consistency across multiple platforms and technical implementations• Mentor junior cross-functional folks and advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization
