What I do I help companies turn complex business questions into working data products that deliver measurable value. I combine deep analytics expertise with AI and ML to understand customers, optimize operations, and drive business outcomes,**taking full ownership** from defining objectives to deploying production-ready solutions and driving adoption. My experience spans retail (search & recommendations, personalization, CLV, CRM targeting, demand forecasting, delivery performance) and banking (fraud prevention, credit decisions, customer analytics, risk forecasting). I also design and deploy advanced AI solutions: RAG pipelines, LLM-based judges, and agentic workflows. How I do it I work hands-on across analytics, AI, and MLOps on modern cloud stacks (GCP, Vertex AI, BigQuery, dbt, CI/CD), from design to deployment and operational ownership. I can execute personally or lead cross-functional teams (analysts, engineers, ML engineers, MLOps) in Agile environments. I ensure results are interpretable, actionable, and tied to measurable business impact. How I think about teams Slow delivery and poor adoption are often organizational problems in disguise. I help companies design data functions that actually scale: → Stream-aligned: embedded in product teams, owning the full data-to-decision loop within a business domain → Enabling: building internal capability so teams own their data maturity without depending on external expertise → Platform: designing shared foundations (pipelines, feature stores, monitoring) that reduce duplication and unblock everyone The goal: a data organization that scales without scaling its bottlenecks. I\'m a strong advocate for stream-aligned, full-stack data scientists, embedded in the business domain, owning the full data-to-decision loop, and treated as a first-class member of the product team and not a shared service waiting to be prioritized.
