As Head of IT, my role is now to- Guide and coordinate activities within the R&D division - Control the operational budget (costs of infrastructure, external services, tools.)- Be responsible for the quality of the processes and review them if necessary - Ensure the quality of the product (monitor, set up the right tools and the right process, in particular to guarantee secure deployments in production)- Centralize and document processes and knowledge - Manage the product roadmap on a quarterly basis - Ensure a good understanding of product developments with internal employees and customers - Estimate and plan possible developments for key customers - Be the technical and legal referent (management of personal data) in client meetings - Manage the team on a daily basis
