ABOUT MATHIEU BOUCHARD
I study how user-led organizations operate as an ecology of social innovation in the periphery of professional systems, and why that matters for professionals and the organizations in which they work. My research also explores how policy-makers, managers and professionals may engage user-led organizations. I look at the health care, education, and funding systems. J\'étudie comment les organisations d\'usagers forment une écologie d\'innovation sociale en périphérie des systèmes professionnels, et qu\'est-ce que ça change pour les professionnels et les organisations dans lesquelles ils travaillent. Ma recherche explore aussi comment les législateurs, gestionnaires et professionnels peuvent travailler avec les organisations d\'usagers. Je m\'intéresse aux systèmes de santé, d\'éducation, et de financement.
