Work across streaming titles (HBO Max, Discovery+) as well as linear shows (Really, The Food Network, ID, DMAX) in the UK and Spain primarily. • Support Network, BLA and PMD Senior Director during pre-greenlight process, on assigned projects, carrying out budget reviews and negotiation as required, and ensuring resources and editorial aspirations are aligned. • Be primary point of contact for Production Companies on projects, from development through to delivery.• Accountable for ensuring the commission budget is agreed with the network and that complete delivery is feasible within the proposed timeframe, bearing in mind the windowing strategies for HBO MAX, D+ and Linear.• Able to suggest options for maximising the value from productions and offer alternative options when funding does not match editorial aspirations. Delivering demonstrable value for money through effective and efficient management of productions.• Negotiate contract exhibits including payment schedule and deliverables, in association with Production Associate(s).• Monitor production management elements of deal including budget, schedule and program materials; developing and managing internal timelines and workflow to ensure timely delivery of shows.• Reviews insurance requirements for production and evaluates H&S arrangements, identifying any risks and, if necessary, recommends expert advice at the earliest possible stage.• Review of Ed Spec, duty of care and other production protocols.• Maintain consistent and productive communication across all platforms and clients including Executive Producers, Programming, Scheduling, Marcomms, Content Supply Chain, BLA and Finance counterparts.• Supervise production cashflow and milestone payments to external producers.• Review interim and final cost reports and discuss any variances with EP, and Senior Director as necessary.
