Over a period of two years, I trained around thirty clients committed to the sustainability of their organisations in the complex issue of the strategy that will enable them to play the best economic game. To achieve this, I used a range of effective tools, as well as the Wardley card framework in which I specialise.My role :• Contextual advice on development strategy for established companies and start-ups.• Organisational choices from the macro to the micro level (agile or lean or six sigma, internalisation or purchasing or outsourcing, etc.)• Diagnostics of culture and situational awareness• Data analysis and KPI management• Training in value chain mapping, in particular Wardley maps (beginners → advanced levels)• Facilitation of group workshops for 5 to 20 people to develop shared solutions and strategic awareness.• Facilitation of the Wardley Maps France and Complex Decisions communities in Nantes.My role on the support side:• Studying markets• Sizing offers• Prospecting via email, telephone and social channels• Developing the network• Develop web presence and social networks• Design marketing materials (brochures, website, deck)• Automate services• Manage and plan projects• Design training courses• Test teaching methods• Manage the knowledge and quality of operations• Monitor information and ongoing training
