Defying the preconceived idea and never rest on your laurels are my main motivators.My experiences in Michelin, VI-grade and FORS Performance have crystallised in a new initiative, JEDAi, bringing 15 years of experience in the automotive sector as a service!I have a strong background in tire simulation (NVH & handling performances) and have been at the forefront to develop innovative processes for virtual tire design, including measurement protocols and methods, modelling and correlation techniques, driving simulator applications and design choice before going for the physical prototypes, achieving outstanding results thanks to leadership, technical vision and inspirational management.Having experienced different company sizes, philosophy and positioning, but still within the automotive simulation market give me a wide overview of the markets and technical landscape, as well as a an agile way of working and analyse topics.Still on the cutting edge of the automotive stakes I used my past mistakes and success to build a smart vision and leadership to help companies to start on the right foot and set the right goals for their Virtual Initiatives.
