Supply Chain DepartmentArea of operations 2022:~2200Kt; 2 BU (Polyamides & Intermediates, Engineering Materials); 7 productions sites (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland)Products: Chain 6.6 & 6 materials on Intermediates, Polymers & Compounds. • Missions-Managing & continuously improving the medium term Supply / Demand planning activities in the EMEA region (4 months – 18 months), embedded in the associated MPS processes (Master Production Schedule) for plant execution (0 – 3 months) and global processes for long term planning (19 months to 5 years)-Actual and outlook (0 to 18- months SOIP Cycle) supply, demand planning and capacity utilization focused on EMEA region by e.g. workshop / product line / specific material-Translating customer’s requirements into supply plan-Optimize internal capacity and evaluate external sourcing options-Provide to the Business Teams various scenarios for optimizing margin generation in the EMEA region, taking into account forecasted plant / asset capacity, raw material supply-Ensure KPIs are in-line with business objectives/strategy: o JNI (Just Needed Inventory): define the inventory targets to ensure the expected level of service. o DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding): average number of days that a company holds its inventory before selling it. o Production Schedule Adherence by workshop / product segmentation-Ensure short term and mid term alignment between regional Sales and Marketing Organization and EMEA Operations on available capacity for the EMEA manufacturing network (SOIP Cycle)-Coordinate annual planning activity between the local/plant SC organizations, regional Sales and Marketing organization, EMEA Finance and EMEA Operations (including tolling) and therefore to develop, improve and maintain proper communication flow.• Management of Corporate Planning team (5 people): Coproducer Manager, Intermediates Flow Pilot, MPS Manager, Compounds & Polymers Scheduler.
