With more than 25 years of project management, over the course of my years in production & training, I’ve acquired a wealth of experience in project organization, planning, budget, motivational leadership, & multidisciplinary team management.I am an excellent communicator and became an expert in relation to clients, business partners, service providers and of course production teams. My expertise in those fields goes from team building, establishing connections with partners & clients while maintaining good communication & relationship with them. Always making sure the objectives are flexible to overcome obstacles and be able to readjust organically to meet the company’s expectations. But, above all, I’m a people person. Working closely with my team, getting to know them and helping them grow. I would say I’m not the kind of general leading his army from the rear, but holding the sword in front of them, with them.
