Lead the global System Engineering Team composed of several groups in european, asian and north american locations.Lead the system engineering activities and collaborate closely with Customers, Sales Organization, Technical Project Management, Electronic Engineering and Mechanical Engineering in the Business Units, covered by the TechCluster Control Technology, and central Engineering disciplines, Software Integration, Features & Functions, Test, Electronic platforms, Basic SW, Technical Compliance, Process Methods & Tools, Strategy & Performance).Implement the defined and given strategy of Schaeffler division eMobility and TechCluster Control Technology.Develop System Architecture, manage system Requirement and support Project development with System expertise for product developped for Business Unit Engine Controls (Gasoline Engine Controllers) and Business Unit Vehicle and Battery Controls (Master and Zone Controllers, Low Voltage Power Distribution Units, Battery Management Systems)
