With over than 15years of professional experience, my expertise in Digital Product Design is at the heart of my current role at Schneider Electric. Passionate about creating user experiences that improve everyday life, I lead a dynamic team of 20 designers, focused on innovation and excellence in Smart Home. Our mission is to integrate our values of efficiency, quality and user value into Schneider Electric\'s culture, while bringing a diverse perspective that enriches our team. Since March 2023, as Design Director, I am responsible for driving mobile applications and desktop solutions dedicated to energy management. Working closely with the top management, marketing, technical and product teams, I am determined to establish a coherent design vision that supports our digital ecosystem. The skills I\'ve acquired working with medical device start-ups and the renowned design agency Frog, have been crucial in developing a user-centric approach that respects regulatory requirements, offers a seamless and intuitive experience, but also addresses strategic and business challenges.
