   I was the lead Change Management operations senior responsible for developing and implementing the Infrastructure Change and Release Management process. This 1.7 million dollar project had two key objectives. Retire legacy change management tool and move functionality from Lotus Notes database to Remedy. Reduce support labor (576 hrs/yr) and re-allocation of hardware expense. Experience in gathering, analyzing and defining business requirements; creating and analyzing global metrics; leading process-mapping initiatives; developing and facilitating training; designing/re-engineering processes, workflows and process solutions for IT; and successfully managing process teams.
